SERVICES AND MEDIA BUY CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation policy shall apply to campaign or marketing services (“Services”) and media buy (“Media”) that Brand Zoom Three Sixty (“Branzoom360”) provides to a customer (the “Customer”):
- If the Customer cancels Services for any reason, regardless of the advance written notice provided to Brandzoom360, (i) Customer is entitled to reschedule such Services within thirty (30) days of the date that the original Services were to be performed and (ii) the Customer is not entitled to a refund for the Services.
- If the Customer cancels Media and Brandzoom360 receives written notice at least: (i) fourteen (14) business days in advance of the Publishing / Event date, the Customer is entitled to a refund of its payment; or (ii) seven (7) business days in advance of the Publishing / Event date, the Customer is entitled to a credit for media buy / services, which must be used for another issue within three (3) months of the date of the original insertion / service. The Customer is not entitled to a refund or a credit if less than seven (7) business days advance written notice is given. The Customer’s failure to provide written notice at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the Publishing / Event date the Customer to make payment for the full price of the insertion / service.
- If Brandzoom360 is required to travel to provide Services and/or Media, then in the event that the Customer cancels the Services, regardless of the advance written notice given, the Customer is required to reimburse brandzoom360 for all non-refundable travel expenses that Branzoom360 incurred as of the date of cancellation in connection with the cancelled Services and/or Media.
- If Brandzoom360 is required to rent and/or purchase facilities, goods or services in connection with providing the Services and/or Media, then in the event that the Customer cancels the Services and/or Media, regardless of the advance written notice given, the Customer is required to reimburse Brandzoom360 for all non-refundable costs or expenses that Brandzoom360 has incurred as of the date of cancellation in connection with the cancelled Services and/or Media associated with the rental and/or purchase of facilities, goods or services.
- Brandzoom360 reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of Services and/or Media at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the Services and/or Media with other personnel who are qualified to deliver the Services and/or Media.
- If Brandzoom360 cancels Services and/or Media due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather or natural disaster), the Customer is entitled to a credit for such Services and/or Media, which must be used within three (3) months of the date of the original Services and/or Media. If Brandzoom360 cancels Services and/or Media for any other reason, the Customer is entitled to a full refund for such Services and/or Media. Brandzoom360 shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
- Services can be delivered remotely or on-site; any travel and expense for on-site work is additional.
- All payments received by Brandzoom360 which is beyond 1 month are nonrefundable. 50% is refundable if advance written notice given within 1 month after payment made, with valid and solid reasons given of cancellation or postponement, which are accepted by both parties.
