Hyundai Motor Malaysia has officially launched the new STARGAZER, bringing its family-focused MPV to Malaysia in three variants priced from RM99,800.

Positioned as “The WEhicle”, the STARGAZER is designed around everyday family use, combining flexible seating and storage with modern connectivity, safety and comfort features. The line-up consists of the seven-seater Style and Prime, alongside the six-seater STARGAZER X with second-row captain chairs.

Three Variants From RM99,800

The entry-level STARGAZER Style, priced at RM99,800, features a 2+3+2 seven-seat configuration, LED headlights with H-signature daytime running lights, an 8-inch multimedia display, 4.2-inch TFT instrument cluster and 16-inch alloy wheels.

At RM109,800, the STARGAZER Prime upgrades to dual 10.25-inch displays, six airbags and Hyundai SmartSense with ADAS 2.0. Depending on variant, the safety suite includes Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist and Lane Following Assist.

Sitting at the top of the range is the STARGAZER X at RM121,800. It adopts a 2+2+2 six-seat layout with captain chairs, full leatherette upholstery and Shift-By-Wire transmission control. It also gets a more SUV-inspired appearance with sportier bumpers, a rear spoiler, black Hyundai emblems and black gloss alloy wheels.

Across the range, Hyundai has focused on practical touches such as roof-mounted rear air-conditioning vents, multiple USB ports, useful storage areas and a cargo floor box. Selected variants also receive wireless charging and an Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Hold, while the STARGAZER X adds a floating centre console with a detachable tray.

Early-Bird Package and Resale Value Protection

During the launch period, Hyundai is offering an Early Bird Value Package for RM4,600, inclusive of the RM88 booking fee. It includes eight complimentary after-sales services or four years of servicing, while existing Hyundai owners can receive an additional RM1,000 rebate through the All-Star Reward programme.

New STARGAZER owners are also covered by an eight-year/160,000km myHyundaiCare warranty.

Hyundai is introducing a Resale Value Protection programme for the STARGAZER as well. Subject to its terms, customers upgrading to another new Hyundai can receive a predetermined resale value of 70% in the third year, 60% in the fourth year or 50% in the fifth year, with corresponding mileage limits of 60,000km, 80,000km and 100,000km.

Those interested in seeing the new STARGAZER can visit participating Hyundai dealerships nationwide on 26 and 27 September 2026, where test drives and family activities will be available.
