Life rarely stays the same for long, and Zurich Malaysia is putting that idea at the centre of the latest evolution of its “Care For What Matters” campaign.
First introduced in 2023, the campaign is returning with a new creative expression, “Ready For Every Change”, reflecting how our priorities, responsibilities and needs naturally shift as we move through different stages of life.
A Love Story Told Backwards
At the heart of the campaign is a new brand film following the lifelong journey of a husband and wife — but with a twist.
Rather than beginning with their first meeting, the story unfolds in reverse chronological order, starting in their later years before travelling back through the milestones, challenges and changes they experienced together, eventually arriving at their unexpected first encounter.
Beyond the relationship itself, the film explores the idea of having someone who remains by your side as life changes — mirroring Zurich Malaysia’s aim to support customers as their own needs evolve.
The campaign was unveiled at GSC Mid Valley, alongside a showcase of Zurich Malaysia’s growth across areas including health, travel, mobility, homeownership, family, business and financial wellbeing.
Its efforts also extend beyond insurance and takaful. Through the Urban Climate Resilience Program, powered by the Z Zurich Foundation, the company is supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening climate resilience within urban communities.
Zurich Is Expanding Its Travel Protection Too
The campaign arrives alongside several updates to Zurich Malaysia’s offerings.

Following Zurich Insurance Group’s acquisition of AIG’s global personal travel insurance and assistance business, including Travel Guard, the company is integrating that expertise into its existing Malaysian travel protection services.
One of the latest additions is Travel Guard Pro, launched on 18 August 2026. The travel insurance plan combines broader protection with claims support and 24-hour travel assistance through a global network offering support in more than 40 languages.
Rather than operating Travel Guard as a separate business locally, its capabilities are being incorporated into Zurich Malaysia’s existing travel proposition.
Putting More Focus on Preventive Healthcare
Zurich Malaysia is also introducing a new critical illness protection campaign running from 2 September to 30 October 2026, with a greater emphasis on supporting customers before serious health issues arise.
Eligible new customers can receive a health screening cash rebate alongside two years of Teladoc services, which include expert medical opinions and stress management support.
The approach brings preventive care together with traditional financial protection, encouraging customers to take a more proactive role in their long-term wellbeing.
With “Ready For Every Change”, Zurich Malaysia is ultimately expanding on the message behind Care For What Matters: the things we care about may change as life moves forward, but having the right support along the way remains just as important.
