Just getting to know more about Just Sear’s pre-cooked steaks is that they experimented with various ways of preparing suitable meat. It is to get quality results but at a more worthwhile price.

Customers who buy pre-cooked meat only need to defrost and roast the meat for 2 minutes either using a pan, grill, oven, water fryer or spark only. Hence the brand’s tagline, “Defrost, Pat Dry and Just Sear.”

These cuts of meats can be served either along with a home-cooked barbecue sauce or a side dish with a favourite main course.

We tried their renowned Australian Wagyu MB9 Picanha, and there are no words to explain how exquisite this piece of meat was. It’s so delicate and soft that it melts in your mouth in a matter of seconds. Who knew that a basic seasoning like salt and pepper would suffice instead of marinating the meat with a plethora of spices that obscure the true flavour of the meat?

Simply serve with salad and truffle butter on the side, and you’re good to go.

According to the team, they get this premium meat directly from the importer and sell it directly to customers online without using agents or resellers.

In this way, Just Sear is said to be able to reduce costs and save higher than other stores.

Not only that, but the brand also collaborates with importers and plantation owners in Australia and enters into contracts to buy meat in bulk to be marketed in Malaysia.

Before Just Sear came up with this pre-cooked product, in early 2021 they had launched a product called Wellington that was ready to bake.

We know what you’re thinking. Words like Wellington are often used by this one talented chef, Gordon Ramsay. The Wellington dish is among the most popular dish in his restaurants around the world. But, since his restaurant launch is being postponed, it’s a safe bet to say that Just Sear’s Wellingtons are just as good as it can be.

The Salmon Wellington was absolutely delectable and executed flawlessly. From how the pastry’s outer crust was baked to perfection while the contents within were as fresh as they could ever be. The velvety, creamy texture of the spinach complements the perfectly cooked salmon excellently.
