Pasadena Burger & Coffee, the first local brand to introduce the iconic California dipping burger to Malaysian foodies, has launched its first physical outlet in Plaza Mont Kiara in response to the rise in demand for its F&B offerings.
The launch of this first outlet, which measures 1,100 sqft, will feature brand new menu additions and a hybrid cafe concept that are set to excite its current pool of loyal customers and entice even more burger lovers.
More Than Just Dipping Burgers
Pasadena Burger & Coffee is famous for bringing a local twist to the dipping burger — a burger meant to be slathered in sauce, usually, cheese — which originated from Pasadena, a Californian city that introduced cheeseburgers to the world and is home to some of the most delicious food ever created. With the new outlet, the brand is taking the opportunity to expand its menu in catering to a wider market segment.
Staying true to its brand promise of satisfying cravings for classic burgers the American way, Pasadena Burger & Coffee introduces California Milkshake. Coined as the perfect pair to western-style burgers, the outlet’s California Milkshake is made with 100% ice cream for a satisfyingly rich and luxurious texture.
Expanding its offerings in line with its hybrid cafe concept, the brand now offers 10 coffee-based beverages, from cappuccino and latte to long blacks, at an affordable price range. Promising zero compromises on quality, its coffee beverages are made from the highest-quality Italian beans brewed by qualified baristas.
Other exciting additions to the menu include the new Grilled Chicken Burger, 3 latest variants of Pasadena’s signature fries — Cajun Cheese Fries, Habanero Chili Queso Fries and Honey Cheese Fries, and the new option of muffin buns for the Dipping burgers.
A Community Lifestyle Space
The outlet’s hybrid design, which incorporates the concepts of a cafe and a diner, aims to provide a comfortable ambience to customers. Staying true to the city of Pasadena, the relaxing ambience of the space is imbued with popular landmarks like the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Old Town Pasadena, and Colorado Boulevard. With a focus to create a
community-centric lifestyle space, the outlet provides a place for urbanites to wind down from their busy schedules.
The new space will also provide a free water refill station for cyclists and joggers who are dining in, while bikers can utilise the special parking space in the vicinity of the store.
All-Time Favourites Are Here To Stay
First introduced as an online store in the city centre offering a premium burger delivery service, Pasadena Burger then graduated to a fleet of pop up food trucks around urban neighbourhoods, including Bangsar and Mont Kiara, earlier this year to connect with and better serve their own- ground customers.
With the new outlet, loyal customers will still be able to enjoy the all-time favourites of Cheese Burger, Dipping Burger and the Chicken Burger, now with a dine-in experience. Since its establishment, the brand has been consistent in quality by using the best ingredients such as high-grade Australian beef, cheddar cheese, and muffin-style buns. Paired with three dipping sauces — honey cheese, Cajun spicy cheese and habanero southern Californian cheese, consumers have always looked to Pasadena Burger & Coffee for the best burger experience in town.
Since the launch of its mouth-watering burgers in 2020, Pasadena Burgers has grown from its online portal and pop up stores to its first-ever hybrid outlet. Looking further to expand its footprint in Malaysia, Pasadena Burger & Coffee is open to exploring franchising opportunities with local entrepreneurs to offer its unique F&B experience to burger lovers nationwide.
