For customers to be loyal to a restaurant brand, several inventions and improvements in menu creation should be implemented. IKEA Malaysia recently surprised customers by launching a charcoal-based menu, including Charcoal Chicken Sausage and Caramel Charcoal Ice Cream.
Both meals are undeniably dark black in colour, as the word charcoal indicates. IKEA has begun selling these Charcoal Chicken Sausages or Charcoal Chicken Sausages earlier this month.
What about the flavour? According to several online reviews, the typical individual who has eaten this hot dog thinks that it tastes just like ordinary sausage.
Nobody argues that the sausage tastes like charcoal or that it has a warm flavour like roasted chicken.
However, some customers complain that there is liquid cheese in between bites of the chicken sausage flesh.
Because the cheese liquid was as dark as the bread and sausage meat, the image merely seemed black, and this assertion could not be supported.
Aside from the black sausage, IKEA also introduced the Caramel Charcoal Ice Cream, which is rich, viscous, and enticing.
Not only is the ice cream black, but the cones are likewise black, almost like charcoal.
Because of its unique black colour, the price of this sausage and ice cream is more than the price of conventional sausage and ice cream.
The regular hot dogs and ordinary ice cream cost RM2.00 and RM0.90, respectively, whilst the current IKEA menu costs RM3.90 and RM1.90.
For those who are eager to try the two new delicacies, a combo lunch of Charcoal Chicken Sausage and Caramel Charcoal Ice Cream is available for only RM5.50.
According to a poll on the IKEACherasFanClub Facebook page, many people have tried this new menu, which is only available for a short period until December 31, 2021.
