Here’s how you can prepare the whole dish.
Ingredients:
– 1 egg
– 1 sachet of sweetener/creamer
– 1/4 cup of coffee (or 1/4 cup milk + 1 tsp instant coffee)
– 2-3 bread slices
– Butter
– Vanilla yogurt
– Cocoa powder
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk the egg, coffee mixture & sweetener together.
2. Soak your bread on both sides in the bowl.
3. Heat your pan with butter & cook the bread. Make sure to flip & wait until it turns golden brown.
4. Spread a generous amount of vanilla yoghurt on two bread slices to make a sandwich.
5. Top it off with cocoa powder.
