Here’s how to make your very own version of crispy fried chicken skin at home

Pretty sure most of us are into all these unhealthy things and fried chicken skin is probably one of ’em. Soon, the KFC ones will be out of stock so why don’t you just try making it at home instead?

However whenever we try to make it, the crispiness just doesn’t stay too long. But after watching Youtuber, Azfar Heri share his recipe on how to make one of the best fried chicken out there, we believe there’s a chance we can make it too.

 

Azfar shared to his viewers how there’s only three secret ingredients to make the fried chicken skin stay crispy for long and it’s only chicken skin, curry leaves and tepung goreng.

While the method of preparation is:

  1. Clean the chicken skin first and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add the tepung goreng and also the curry leaves.
  3. Mix well and make sure each layer of chicken skin is covered with the coating of tepung goreng and curry leaves.
  4. Then take the pan and heat the oil.
  5. When the oil is hot, fry the chicken skin that has been coated with tepung goreng.
  6. Once the fried chicken skin is cooked, remove it and set aside for a while.
  7. Sprinkle with a little curry leaf and it’s ready to be eaten!
