Residents of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur who have not gotten a vaccination appointment or those who are unaccounted for can acquire one immediately at the Vaccination Center (PPV) beginning August 1.
According to the statement released, the initiative is open to locals and foreigners who do not have identification or travel documents.
Meanwhile, the COVID-19 Immunisation Task Force (JKJAV) also informed that those who have registered for vaccination before will be given an appointment date soon while individuals who have not yet registered, are encouraged to do so as soon as possible.
The PPV that will operate for walk-in purposes in August will be updated and informed later to the public. As for the current PPV will not necessarily be open for this walk-in initiative.
In the meantime, JKJAV shared that to those who have received a vaccine appointment to attend the appointment on the date and location of the PPV that has been given.
The direct vaccination initiative was undertaken by the JKJAV after taking into account the presence of more stringent new variants resulting in high daily cases.
Therefore, it is necessary for the people of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur to get protection through vaccines as soon as possible.
