Be prepared to be blown away by the plethora of entertainment and sporting action coming your way this July! From epic thrillers and inspiring documentaries to intense competitions and sporting rivalries, there’s plenty of excitement in store for you this month.

Epic Thrillers

Grand Isle


Premieres Sunday, July 4 at 10 pm 

A simple job to mend a broken fence turns into a full-fledged nightmare for the handyman and new father Buddy who is now charged with murder. Buddy must recall the night’s twisted and dark events and reveal his employers’ wicked secrets to prove his innocence.




Premieres Sunday, July 13 at 10 pm

In order to stop his nightmares, young Josh steals his neighbour’s dreamcatcher which replaces his nightmares with dreams of his dead mother instigating him to kill his new stepmother. Can Josh’s new family rescue him from the evil entity, or will the demon drag all of them into a nightmare with no means of escape?



Premieres Sunday, July 18 at 10 pm 

Terror strikes when nine friends wake up with suicide bombs strapped to their chests, all with varying times on their countdown clocks. A showdown ensues as the friends-turned-enemies are pitted against one another in a grisly, last man standing deathmatch.

Explorer Kate Leeming sets out to become the first person in history to cycle the entire length of Namibia’s coastline, the Skeleton Coast. Kate’s thousand-mile journey sees her enduring some of the most inhospitable conditions on the planet, in one of Africa’s most remote and spectacular locations.

The Emmy® and James Beard Award-winning series returns for Season 17 with host Padma Lakshmi, head judge Tom Colicchio and judge Gail Simmons. All-Stars LA brings back 15 chefs, including finalists, frontrunners and fan favourites from past seasons, who are determined to prove their worth and win the coveted title of Top Chef.

Every Thursday @ 8 pm 

The special season, dubbed MasterChef: Legends, welcomes a host of culinary all-stars to join host Gordon Ramsay as they guide 15 home cooks through a series of challenges with a $250,000 grand prize on the line. Along with Paula Deen, the “Legends” include Emeril Lagasse, Roy Choi, Nancy Silverton and Iron Chef staple Morimoto. Ramsay will judge alongside MasterChef veterans Aarón Sánchez and Joe Bastianich. The new Legends season promises all-new challenges as well, including the chance for one chef to go head-to-head against Ramsay in the kitchen.

America’s Got Talent S15


Every Friday and Saturday @ 8 pm 

Amateur performers present their singing, dancing, comedy and novelty acts to celebrity judges and a nationwide audience in order to advance in the competition and win a huge prize.

The British Open returns after taking a year’s hiatus, with the leading voices in the golfing world converging at the Royal St George’s Golf Club. 2019 champion Shane Lowry is expected to return and defend his title.



Live from 11 July to 25 July

The highlight of the month for fight fans will be UFC 264 happening on 11 July where Dustin Poirier will meet Corner McGregor for the third time. Both have won once each from the previous two meetups, with the question still in the air on who will triumph this time.
