During the Full Movement Control Order, shoppers may now enjoy another option to shop safely and effortlessly (FMCO). Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s leading premium shopping destination, introduces its new drive-thru service, allowing customers to buy without leaving their car.
As an award-winning, world-class mixed-use urban development located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur blends the best of the international and local retail world with over 700 stores and eight themed precincts. This premier shopping destination is a duty-free shopping paradise and the defining authority in fashion, dining and urban leisure.
Keeping a safe distance and avoiding social interaction has never been more important during the national lockdown. Shoppers who use Pavilion KL’s drive-thru service will not only avoid long lines but will also save time and money on delivery charges.
The drive-thru service is accessible for purchases from specified food and beverage establishments as well as businesses allowed to operate during the FMCO. Those missing their favourite coffee, snacks, food and sweet treats from Pavilion KL can now pre-order from outlets such as illy Caffe, Harriston Chocolatier Café, Baskin Robbins, Calia, Grand Imperial Seafood Hot Pot & BBQ, Rakuzen and D Empire, and simply drive-thru to pick up their order.
In addition, shoppers may use the drive-thru to pick up contact lenses or prescription glasses from a variety of optical stores. With the drive-thru service, shoppers can pick up multiple orders from different tenants at the same time, at no extra cost.
Shopping has never been this easy. To utilise Pavilion KL’s drive-thru service and pick up purchases at Pavilion KL’s designated drive-thru pick-up point at the Chulan Entrance (see map above):
1. Contact the participating outlet to place an order and organise for pick-up between the operating hours of 10 AM- 9 PM daily. Last pick-up time differs from outlet to outlet.
2. Make payment via online transfer, credit or debit card, or cash on delivery.
3. Share car registration number and inform the outlet of preferred pick-up time.
4. Drive to Chulan Entrance at the agreed time to collect order (max waiting time of 5 mins applies).
In compliance with the government’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) during the FMCO, selected stores providing essential services will continue to function daily in accordance with the government’s standard operating procedures (SOPs). Shoppers may visit Pavilion KL to fill up on food and home products in Mercato (Level 1), as well as purchase medication and personal care items from pharmacies such as Caring Pharmacy, Watsons, and Guardian.
