The first round of the E1 Championship will take place soon at the Red Bull Ring giving us the right blend mix of adrenaline and fuel. For those that are unaware, the Red Bull Ring opened its doors for the first time in May 2011 and it marked the beginning of a new age in motorsports. Since then, high-level racing competitions such as Formula 1 and MotoGP have enthralled viewers ever further with this Grade A racetrack.
11 teams and 15 drivers from last season, including returning champion Naquib Azlan of team Stratos Motorsports along with his new teammate Muhammad Ibrahim will be also be competing. In order to get their hands on the prize pool of US$15,000, they would need to prove their skills on the track.
Fans can watch the E1 Championship during the live stream whereby the drivers will be competing from the RaceRoom at the Red Bull Ring in Styria, Austria this week.
The upcoming 8-round championship will begin today, April 7, 2021, and will take place every subsequent Wednesday on Astro eGG Network or their official Facebook page. E1 Championship is powered by Axle Sports and Astro eGG Network, in partnership with ERacing GP and RaceRoom.
