KitKat’s limited edition cheesecake flavour can be found in M’sia

KitKat fans would know how the brand comes up with plenty of new flavours that are not just quirky but apparently taste really good as well. Adding into the list of its crazy inventions, this limited edition KitKat Mini Cheesecake can only be found in Japan.

In case you have no idea what to give your loved ones this New Year, perhaps you can start by surprising them with this exclusive KitKat flavour. This mini double-finger crispy wafer biscuit bar is covered in rich white chocolate with a very sweet cheesecake coating.

However, what makes this variant different from the rest is that it could be eaten just the way it is or you can actually bake it. Simply cool the package in the refrigerator for a few minutes and once that’s done, place the minibars on a baking tray that is covered with an aluminium foil. Bake it in the oven or microwave for at least 2 minutes and let the magic happen.

This bake-ready version of the KitKat will be turned into a hard biscuit-like snack with a nice burnt top. Absolutely crispy and light, these mini chocolate wafer bars make a highly tasty treat for all.

Although this variant can only be found in Japan, we found a Shopee store that sells the actual product for only RM47.16. It does seem a little pricey but do keep in mind that since you can’t find them in local stores, it’s pretty worth the price.
