We’ve all heard about anti-ageing but what about pre-ageing, though?

Most of us are only aware of the mainstream skincare needs however what we don’t realise is that premature ageing begins when we’re in our 20s. Are you aware of those fine lines on your face? Do you have large and invisible pores? Well, if you answer yes to those then we reckon you to start taking care of the issue to ensure that your skin stays fresh and hydrated all day.

No matter how supple and healthy your skin may look from the surface, there’s a possibility that our skin is ageing much quicker than it naturally would since we’re usually exposed to different stressors.

So how can we reduce pre-ageing?

Sunscreen is the most important essential you should have in your bag. Whether you’re running errands, working under the sun or spending a day at the beach, always protect your skin by seeking shade, using sunscreen, wearing a wide-brimmed hat and so on.

3

Stop stressing too much. No doubt, life can be tough but it should be pointed out that a positive and clear mind is the recipe to healthy skin. Besides, the more you have a worried face on, the more facial wrinkles you’re gonna have and that’s a big no-no. To keep those stress levels of yours down, you can always include kale, chamomile tea and kimchi into your diet.

Don’t skip your daily skincare routineIt may sound troublesome and sometimes you just wanna wash your face and go to bed after a long day of work. But think of it this way, skincare is an investment and if you took care of your skin now, imagine how good would it look when you get older. It’s always a choice and you just have got to choose wisely.

Having said that, we have found a product that helps you keep that youthful, clear skin of yours in the long run.
