Perfect for any occasion this holiday season, Häagen-Dazs is bringing us together with the new Dark Chocolate Ganache & Almond Ice Cream and Belgian Chocolate & Hazelnut Ice Cream.
Dark Chocolate Ganache & Almond
This intense blend of smooth and crunchy along with the bitter and sweet flavours are exceptionally a treat to the palate. Rich in 82% Dark Chocolate, the ice cream is made with cocoa beans that are carefully selected. Before churning, the beans are ground into a fine powder and then it gets added with the 100% real cream, milk from France and Belgium, cage-free eggs and lastly, sugar. The intricate layers of taste and texture in one bite are all layers with crunch caramelised almonds and swirls of rich, smooth, creamy cocoa sauce.
Belgian Chocolate & Hazelnut
The secret to this ice cream begins with the premium 50% cocoa Belgian chocolate base. In order to create the perfect silky consistency, one has to go through a meticulous process of gentle warming and careful tempering in a dedicated Chocolate Room. As for the hazelnuts, it is toasted to a beautiful warm golden brown and then drizzled with a wafer-thin layer of caramelised sugar to which gets folded into the ice cream with swirls of velvety chocolate hazelnut sauce.
