What we feared of the most is happening again.

Earlier this evening, Defence Minister Ismail Sabri Yakoob announced from his home today that Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya will be put under Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) from 14 to 27 October.

The standard operating procedures include an inter-district travel ban as well as only allowing two people from a household to leave the house to buy essential items.

However, for those who are working and need to leave the district would need to produce a letter from their employees.

As for all schools, universities, kindergartens, public parks, recreational centres and houses of worships will have to be closed.

All sports activities, social, wedding receptions are not allowed to take place whereas for night clubs and entertainment centres are strictly not allowed to operate during the CMCO.

Though, all economic activities in these three districts are still allowed to operate as long as they abide by the SOP.

A more detailed SOP will be announced by the National Security Council soon so stay tuned.
