When it comes to dairy products, you should know that naturally, it has a good source of nutrients that is important for immunity, such as protein, Vitamins B2, B12, B6, Zinc and Vitamin A. On top of that dairy protein is more than enough as it contains all the essential amino acids that our bodies need.

The protein in milk is composed of amino acids, which are basic building blocks of cells. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of our immune system function and skin layer that protects us against harmful bacteria. Vitamin D works to regulate the immune function, as well as facilitates the body’s immune response against harmful intruders. Zinc also plays a role in the normal function of the immune system, while providing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Calcium, besides building strong bones, is important in immune cells signalling.
