This quick-service restaurant introduces a fresher and bolder identity which we all are excited about

We can’t deny our love for the fried chicken and the jalapeno bombers that are from Texas Chicken. It’s such a signature meal and side that we have all grown fond off over the years. That said, the brand is aiming to excite its guests with their new logo, a more compelling restaurant design to new packaging and staff uniforms. On top of that, they will be releasing a limited-time offering on their menu.

We’re very excited about the new brand positioning, especially how it will connect and engage our customers in a whole new way that gives them a better understanding of what makes Texas Chicken so crave-worthy. – Dato’ Jaya J B Tan, Chairman of Envictus International Holdings.

This whole new bold stance doesn’t only show another side of the brand but it also fits with the current situation that we are all going through at the moment.

One of the most significant changes to the brand is their strong, clean new logo that comes with a gold brand circle both top and bottom of the bold signature Texas brand name. The logo is angled in a particular way as it is meant to demonstrate Texas Chicken’s bold flavours and confident spirit.

As the outlet in Sunway Pyramid is the first one to feature the brand new design, customers can expect to see a new “puck” logo sign as they first enter the restaurant. There are large murals featured inside the restaurant with signature icons like the jalapeno pepper for “Bold,” a lone star representing “Texas,” and, of course, a chicken for “Flavor.” Also with a giant gold star dangling on the ceiling with a large digital menu board.

Texas Chicken also has released new limited-time offerings such as the ‘Ayam 8 Lada Bersaudara’, which features its fried chickens glazed with a special sauce made from eight types of pepper. It also brought back the crowd-favourite Chocolate Chip Biscuits, which is a twist on their signature honey-butter biscuits.

Following the Malaysian government’s announcement on the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), most Texas Chicken outlets in Malaysia have now reopened for Dine-In, in addition to offering Take-Away, Delivery (GrabFood) and Drive-Thru services. Stringent health and safety measures have been put in place at all Texas Chicken outlets, so that diners can enjoy legendary Texas-sized flavour, created with care, and served with pride, in a safe and welcoming environment.
