We can never say no to desserts, so what better way to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings than to make them ourselves. This is the perfect recipe list, as these desserts don’t require an oven or a microwave to make it. So let’s get to it.

Oreo Cheesecake

Who doesn’t like a good ol’ piece of cheesecake especially when it’s with Oreo, right? This easy no-bake oreo cheesecake is quite simple to make and will leave you wanting for more.

Ingredients for crust:
12 oreo cookies (separate sugar paste)
2 tbsp / 30g unsalted butter

Ingredients for filling :
250 g cream cheese
sugar filling (from 12 oreo cookies as above)
2 tbsp / 28g castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp lemon juice
¾ tablespoons of gelatin powder
200 ml whipping cream
6 oreo cookies (break coarsely)

Ingredient for crumbs topping:
5 oreo cookies (remove sugar paste)

Tiramisu Cake

This classic Italian no-bake cake made with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and some amazing mascarpone cream is so delicious. Because once you know how to make it, you wouldn’t want to stop.

What you need:

1 1/2 cups espresso or strong coffee, room temperature
6 Tbsp golden rum, divided
40 ladyfinger cookies
6 large egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
16 oz mascarpone, cold
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2-3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Peanut Butter Cups

Peanut butter certainly brings back some good childhood memories and with these buttercups, it’ll be like going back in time. So indulgent and smooth, you’ll finish ’em in seconds.

Base:
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
5 tbsps smooth peanut butter
4 tbsps melted butter

Chocolate layer:
3/4 cups melted chocolate chips
4 tbsps smooth peanut butter
Few tbsps melted butter (optional)

125 gram butter
2 eggs

1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla essence

15 pieces digestive biscuits
6 tbsp melted butter
4 tbsp softened butter
300 grams semi-sweet dark chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 pinch
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp whipped cream (topping)
