No doubt IKEA has the best meatballs in town besides their amazing collection of furniture. That said, they have recently launched new dishes and desserts on to their existing menu at both café and restaurant.

Salted Egg Fish and Chip
The salted egg has been one of the hottest dipping and flavours among Malaysians, not to mention fish and chips as well. Can you imagine the crisp of the batter and salted egg flavour? It will be a delight and it only costs RM11.90. This amazing dish is available till the 31st of May, so better try it as soon as you can.
Caramel Banana Pearl Smoothie
Seeing how well the Boba tea is doing in the market, IKEA has decided to add Boba into their menu by introducing the Caramel Banana Pearl Smoothie. This exceptionally new flavour is something Boba lovers out there should not miss out on. All you need is RM9.90 and you can get yourself a cup of Boba smoothie. Plus it’s only available till the end of April so you better hurry.
Tom Yum Chicken Puff (6 pieces)
To those who never tried IKEA curry puffs after a long day of shopping, we have to ask — what have you been doing? Their curry puffs there is a MUST TRY treat after shopping and you have been missing out. Besides the regular puffs that are still great, these new Tom Yum Chicken Puff is something to knock you off your feet. Patrons can get six of it for only RM8 until the end of April.
Hawaiian Chicken Leg
Besides their best-selling meatballs, there’s a new dish on the menu and that is the Hawaiian Chicken Leg. This irresistible dish is served with a side of mash and steamed vegetables. For a hearty dish, patrons can try this out for only RM13.90 and only until the end of March.
Vegetable Ball with Green Curry & Quinoa
To those vegetarian foodies out there, you will still have the chance to try something from the IKEA restaurant. They have introduced its latest vegetarian option which is the Vegetable Ball with Green Curry and Quinoa. The combination of fresh vegetables from the veggie ball complements well with the rich, savoury taste of the creamy, green curry. Addition to the dish is the edible grain-like seeds which are high in dietary fibre and proteins providing you with a balanced diet even when you are not consuming meat as your protein source. The dish can be quite a healthy meal for people who are watching their weight too. Selling for RM7.90, patrons can now get it until the end of May 2020.
Salmon Fillet with Medallion & Creamy Lemon Chive Sauce
IKEA is here to fix your cravings for this deep-sea fish. The salmon is pan-grilled with least amount of oil, bringing out the freshness of the fish, while the medallion has the right amount of spices giving it just the right taste along with golden brown crisp on the side. The dish also comes with a few stalks of broccoli, balancing well the nutrient needed. The dish is served with a creamy lemon-chive sauce, making it easier to digest with some gravy to the food. And it is all for RM22.90 until the end of May.
PS. At times, IKEA would improvise the dish by serving the salmon with other side dishes like peas instead.
BBQ Beef Ribs with Broccoli and Fries
IKEA raised their restaurant standard by adding beef ribs into their menu, customers will not have to proceed to another location just to enjoy their meat. For only RM36.90, patrons would get a nice chunk of beef ribs that marinated in barbeque sauce, giving the dish a smoky taste as well as the aroma. The dish is served well with some fries and broccoli on the side and is available till 31st May.
Strawberry Cheese Ice-cream
Just like IKEA’s curry puffs, their ice cream has also been one of the crowd’s favourite. Today, patrons can try their new ice cream flavour out — the strawberry cheese. So luscious, smooth, it just makes our mouth water as we write this. You can get this ice-cream for RM1.90 each at any time of the day.
