PUMA announces Malaysian singer, Ismail Izzani as latest brand ambassador

PUMA Malaysia is proud to announce the appointment of Ismail Izzani, singer-songwriter and actor, as its new ambassador to PUMA’s Southeast Asian markets. The partnership will feature Ismail in upcoming collaborations with PUMA and see him representing the PUMA brand and product lines. The ‘Sabar’ and ‘Luar Biasa’ hitmaker will be joined by Singaporean actor and musician, Tosh Zhang.

The singing sensation was living the life of an ordinary teenager until his first hit single titled ‘Sabar’ was released in 2017. The song took Ismail to greater heights as it garnered close to 25 Million views on YouTube in just two years since its release. In a short period, the singer managed to amass a strong fan following through his exceptional talent and down-to-earth personality.


Ismail’s path to success, however, was not stress-free as he had had to face many challenges and obstacles since his debut in 2017. Much like PUMA’s brand DNA, he refuses to call it quits and decided to rise against the odds. The singer kept his head down and worked on his craft, producing several successive hits, making him one of the most sought after talents in the country at the moment.

New brand ambassadors for PUMA, Ismail (Malaysia/Southeast Asia), Tosh (Singapore/Southeast Asia) and Adipati (Indonesia), are expected to kick-off their inaugural partnership with an exciting cross-border campaign that brings to life the virtual world of electronic gaming. The campaign is expected to be launched regionally in 22nd February 2020.
