#GracePicks: Restaurants & cafés to check out this February 2020

by Grace Sundram

We can’t help but note that new restaurants and cafés are popping up in both Selangor and KL district every month. There are all kinds of new restaurants: a pizza parlour, a local kopitiam with a twist to even a taco bar that is suitable for Taco Tuesdays. We are such avid foodies and we can not wait for all of our readers to try out what’s new and trending in the F&B world.

This is a curated list made exclusively for our readers (in no particular order).

No matter where you’ve been and how long you’ve strayed from your home ground, nothing really beats local food, especially like the Malaysian cuisine. Every bite just brings back the good ol’ memories from your childhood and that is absolutely priceless. At Good Luck Kopitiam, they serve everything from nasi lemak to curry mee and even onde-onde. Although there are many similar eateries in town, what makes Good Luck Kopitiam stand out is their Instagram worthy interior that is covered in teal and neon signs that screams the Peranakan feels.
