If you are a fan of all things Japanese, then the ISETAN The Japan Store is the perfect spot to be at. You’ll be spoilt for choices at this premier lifestyle destination. To kick things off, the store was first introduced back in 2016 and ranges from fashion and lifestyle pieces to technological and household items.

Now, fast forward to 3 years later — the store is now proud to reveal its refreshed look and an exciting kaleidoscope of products with a wider range of categories to the public.

That said, with a more comprehensive selection in-store, the specially curated brands and products still maintain. Each floor offers a totally different lifestyle experience as it provides the best choices in shopping but also dining with its six floors. Keep on scrolling to find out what is on every floor.

The Design – Ground Floor 

ISETAN (1)The Design floor houses the best in exclusive Japanese and Malaysian fashion designer and limited edition collectibles. With a unique collaboration between renown Japanese denim label FDMTL and local fashion designer Joe Chia, this marks the collection’s first global launch before all other markets. 

Alongside the said brands, ISETAN The Japan Store is also proud to host Mastermind World, #FR2, Porter and Comme Des Garcons, Billionaire Boys Club, alongside local brands A by Jane, Motoguo and Jonathan Liang. Seiko timepieces, Imayo jewellery, Leica cameras, Bearbrick and other premium lifestyle products are also available.

The Fashion – First Floor 

1Presenting a well-curated fashion floor showcasing a variety of women’s and men’s fashion and accessories, all you ladies will be spoilt with choices of brands such as Ecesis, Bebebutterfy, Island Shop, Max-Tino, David Jones, Cath Kidston and Oyone Paris. Whereas for men, there are brands such as Anta, RYZ and the first store-in-store location for sports brand Li-Ning.

The Wellness – Second Floor 

2Celebrating all things beauty, health and well-being, you can now enjoy getting a hair makeover at Number 76 and later on, indulge a meal from Salubre — a café that serves fresh and delicious gluten-free, paleo, vegetarian or vegan food.

Besides pampering yourself with food and a new look, explore the floors with brands like Arena, Huitieme Sport Studio, Surfers Paradise and UFL Outdoor.

Maybe once you’re done shopping, you can drop by Hammam spa for a relaxing massage, as well.

The Lifestyle – Third Floor

The Table – Fourth Floor

4The Japan Store’s signature premium dining floor continues to present its successful collection of restaurants including THE TOKYO RESTAURANT, Tonkatsu ANZU, Sushi AZABU, Mizutaki TORIDEN, Yakiniku TORAJI, Yakitori and Robata TOUAN.

The Market – Lower Ground Floor

5A culinary and delicacy haven of Japanese and Malaysian produce and food. Complete your shopping excursion with a meal from one of the many dining outlets including Dashi Saya (deli), Hirashima (sushi), Huckleberry (café) and Ramen (Dining Tabushi).

Isetan The Japan Store is located at Lot 10 Shopping Centre, Jalan Sultan Ismail Kuala Lumpur. Daily opening hours from 10am – 10pm (LGF to 3F) and 11am – 11pm (4F).
