features a pop-up front camera integrated with a truly bezel-less display, offering enhanced graphics and immersive viewing experience at only RM899!

Visionary Pop-up Camera with High Durability
Y9 Prime 2019’s new auto pop-up camera is automatically activated when the user switches to the front camera. The pop-up camera is also designed with an intelligent protection mechanism that detects free falls and retracts the lens.

The pop-up camera built to raise and retract 100,000 times. In other words, even if you start the front camera 100 times each day, it will still last for at least 2.7 years. When the front camera is out, it can withstand up to 15kg of soft pressing force on the front of the phone. The front 16MP pop-up camera with 1.0μm pixels and F/2.2 aperture is supported by the built-in AI feature. The camera can identify blue skies, greeneries, indoor scenes, and snowy landscapes. It can also adjust the parameters to optimize the natural lighting conditions. A total of eight scenarios are supported by the AI feature.
BIG Screen: Authentic Bezel-free Experience
The HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 series took a break from the conventional smartphone design. It abandons any form of notch, slider, or hole. Its 6.59-inch Ultra FullView display measures at 19.5:9 in aspect ratio; which is simply a smooth and unobstructed glass surface, taking up 91% of the front surface. The 6.59-inch negative LCD screen displays 16.7 million colour gradients and boasts a wide colour gamut of 85%.
BIG Battery: Excellent Performance with Top-Level Specs
The Y9 Prime 2019 comes equipped with a 4,000 mAh battery and also a Type-C port that enjoys a faster transmission and greater convenience. The flat shape and rounded corners are reversible,
where users can connect it without the concern of the cable’s direction. The phone also retains the standard 3.5mm headset jack. It is powered by the 12nm Kirin 710F, which delivers lightning performance while consuming less power. This Kirin chipset represents a significant upgrade over its predecessor in both CPU and GPU.
Unique Design with Premium Aesthetic
In terms of design, the back cover of the phone is divided into three levels. The upper third houses the camera and fingerprint scanner. The bottom two-thirds are minimalistic, with a darker-hued backdrop set against the logo in the lower-left corner. In addition, the receiver earpiece is moved to the top of the central frame, and the ambient light sensor is located at the bottom of the screen.

The HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 packs with 16MP + 8MP + 2MP triple-camera on the back.
