There is no doubt that our hair is our crowning glory. It’s the crown we can never take off, so we make sure it’s being polished, done and presented well.

Gorgeous hair is an instant confidence boost. If you’re experiencing a bad hair day, it affects more than just physical appearance, it also dampens your mood, taking a toll on your self-confidence throughout the day. On the other hand, you’ll feel on top of your game when your hair is behaving properly, almost like no one can stop you! 

With that being said, a hair plays a huge role in our lives and a full head of hair tells a story about a person just by looking at them. For example, a frizzy hair shows you’re a person that doesn’t take good care of physical appearance.

Hairstyles that pull your hair tightly can also cause hair loss.  If the cycle is being repeated, hair loss could lead to something more permanent in nature. It best to use conditioner after every shampoo and letting your hair dry naturally without the need for a hairdryer or curling iron. Avoid compulsively twisting, rubbing or pulling your hair as well. 

Medical Conditions 

A variety of conditions may affect your hair may it be through hormonal changes or something that is hereditary. Illness such as alopecia which can cause patchy hair loss, or scalp infection or hypothyroidism. Thyroid happens when your body is not pumping out enough hormones that can contribute to hair loss. Normally in this case, doctors orders are pretty much the solution. Best to stick to the best treatment which can cause less hair loss.

It’s true when you’re stressed out, your hair might fall out more. Many people actually experience a general thinning or hair several months after a physical or emotional shock. The stress can push hair follicle into a break mode so that they don’t produce new hair strands. Thus, further eliminating from hair. Slowly you’ll realize the amount of hair fall would during washing, combing or just touching it. So, when you’re feeling stressed out, just think, is it worth the hair loss?
