TikTok, the world’s leading short video platform, launched a new Photo Templates feature that allows users to select photos on their camera roll and upload them into a pre-made video template with background music, making content creation even easier on the app.
To introduce the new feature, TikTok is encouraging users in Malaysia to participate in the #goodtimes challenge. Starting from June 8th, TikTok users can select their food and travel photos and upload them into one of the unique templates such as TikTok Travel, Count Down, Solo and many others.
Showing how it is done for the first time, local pop icons, influencers and creators, including the likes of Ai Wahida and
Mark O’dea who have joined the #goodtimes challenge to create their own videos using the new feature.
TikTok is now available in over 150 markets, and in 75 languages, with a robust localization strategy to encourage users to create and interact with content relevant to local cultures and trends. Download the TikTok app via iOS or Google Play.
