A new parking bay is in Subang Jaya – perhaps putting an end to all your parking headaches? The new multi-storey complex a.k.a major lifesaver has officially opened to public as of yesterday (24 July) and it’s situated in SS15 – the famous business hub and home to many popular hangout spots.
With many colleges, hipster cafes and shisha joints, Asia Café, cyber and gaming centres strewn around, it’s no wonder most of us love chillin’ in the said area. However everything comes with a price and much like the famous Uptown Damansara, finding a spot to park can be soul-wrenching, especially during peak hours.
Subang-ites out there can count their blessings and rejoice because everybody gets a free parking space!
Until 3 September lah. Then fixed parking rates will apply. This does not make it any less awesome!
Apparently the complex cost MPSJ nearly RM12 million to build. Constructions began in May of last year and was completed not too long ago.
The four-storey complex boasts having more than 600 parking spaces (including 14 bays for OKU and 12 bays for ladies), being eco-friendly, and ensuring the entire premise is secure with 24-hour surveillance aka CCTV cameras.
Anyone tried it yet? Jom.
