Yee Sang or Yu Sheng is a prosperity bowl that is only served during Chinese New Year. Consisting of South-East Asian flavours, this appetizer dish main highlight is the raw fish and special sauce. While you “Lo Hei” you will notice the dining table will be crowded with family members and friends coming together to toss this highly anticipated dish as high as possible while yelling out your wishes as loud as possible.
Fun fact, did you know that Yee Sang is originally from Malaysia? This tradition started a long time ago in the year 1940s, where it was introduced by a man in Seremban in order to support his family.
Fast forward to years later, everyone enjoys having it. Not only as a family reunion dish but also a dish in wishing our loved ones and yourself for a better year ahead. Putting tradition in mind, this crafty brand has combined two of our favourite dishes into one.
Known for their quirky creations, My Pizza Lab has introduced this latest limited edition Yee Sang Pizza called Lucky Ducky Yee Sang Pizza.
Not only you are able to satisfy your taste buds with the cheesy texture of the dish but the Lucky Ducky Yee Sang Pizza will probably be the most meaningful pizza you will ever have.
